Especially for the  Pastry Professional ! Special hand build heated airbrush for delicate spraying of Chocolate and (coloured) Cocoa butter. The cup with the heating element keeps the chocolate/butter mixture liquid. The temperature is easily controlled on the transformator. Perfect for spraying fine decoration work on pastry or show pieces. We advice to use a mixture of 1:1 Chocolate/Cocoa butter, with some preparation a mixture 2/3 Chocolate and 1/3 Cocoa butter. Just coloured Cocoa Butter is also possible. 2 Year warranty (excluding needle and nozzle). Because of the nozzle size we advise you to use a compressor with a buffer tank like a Hansa HTC 30 or when you are wordking on location a Euro-Tec 16A
